Enrolment For 2024 Safe Pass Course
Are you a construction worker? if yes, this course is for you. Safepass is a one day training programme for construction workers and it is aimed at reducing onsite accidents. Successful applicants will receive SOLAS certification and card after completion.
Requirements to attend the course :
- An Irish PPS number (for participants residing in Ireland only) / SOLAS-issued Process Number.
- One current passport photograph.
- Proof of Identification (ID): e.g. drivers licence, passport, public service card
- Participants must be 16 years of age or over on the day of the course.
- The course is taught in English unless previously arranged (all participants must have a good working knowledge of the English language).Participants should tell us if they have any special needs when booking the course.

- Health and Safety at Work Legislation
- Accident Reporting and Emergency Procedure
- Accident Prevention
- Health and Hygiene
- Manual Handling
- Working at Heights
- Working with Electricity, Underground and Overhead Services
- Use of Hand Held Equipment and Tools
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Safe Use of Vehicles
- Noise and Vibrations
- Excavations and Confined Spaces
On completion of this programme, all participants will receive SafePass registration card that will indicate that the holder has attended a formal course in health and safety awareness. Card expires every 4 years.
