*Appointment of a competent person to work with you on matters of health and safety. This can be on a project-by-project basis or complete day to day support. A Competent person is required under health and safety legislation, however where this role is not filled in a full-time capacity it can be managed on a contract basis. We do not take on the role of PSDP / PSCS as we are not onsite in a full-time capacity.

**Immediate advice / assistance & Representation for health and safety incidents and interventions including investigations. 

***Completion of Safety Questionnaires / signing of documents as external competent person / support. Excludes writing tender proposals or signing as PSDP / PSCS. 

****Digital Training Records – We place your staff training records on the Qualepass platform. This platform meets all the GDPR compliances for retaining records. Staff will have access to their records by phone app. Training records can be shared with contractors via a QR code or Qual Epass ID number. All training records are retained in a traffic light system with email notifications sent on impending expiry of records. Safety documents and inductions can be shared via this platform also. Access control and ID cards can be obtained via Qualepass – separate costs apply for ID Cards.
