Our PHECC-certified First Aid Response (FAR) course is designed to give you practical, lifesaving skills through hands-on training in a supportive local setting. Ideal for anyone who may need to respond in an emergency, especially workplace safety officers or community volunteers.
What You’ll Learn:

CPR & AED Use (Cardiac First Response): Learn how to perform high-quality CPR and safely use a defibrillator.

Patient Assessment: Quickly and accurately assess illness or injury.

Emergency First Aid: Respond to heart attacks, choking, strokes, bleeding, burns, seizures, and more.

Injury Management: Understand treatment for fractures, diabetic events, and other common scenarios.

Preparedness: Gain confidence to act in homes, public spaces, and workplaces.

Duration: 18 hours over three sessions
